In response, humanity created [Pandoras], chosen girls with extraordinary powers far beyond human limits,

and [Limiters], chosen boys who can neutralize Nova's Freezing ability and amplify the Pandoras' powers.

Together, they became humanity's last line of resistance against Nova.

However, despite their efforts, humanity suffered a catastrophic defeat at the hands of Nova, seemingly beyond recovery.
