Your rivals have their eyes on the same customers—and the next promising location.

A busy shop. But is it profitable?

Customers have different budgets, tastes and shopping plans. Keep the right products on your shelves and find prices that work for your business. Build shops, apartments and hotels while balancing the cost of growth against the income it brings.

Choose your challenge

Take on Challenges or build at your own pace in Free Play. During Lemonade Days events, choose your recipe, stock and price at a lemonade stand, then compete to make the most profit.

Build through the decades

Guide your business from the 1930s into the modern day. New products and changing tastes create fresh opportunities. Adapt your plans as the years pass without losing sight of today’s customers.

Watch your city come alive

Follow deliveries from the harbour, watch shoppers queue and carry purchases home, or pull back to see the city at work. Rain brings out umbrellas, day turns to night, and the newspaper brings you the latest from around town.
