The entity called "Hyoki" finds himself wandering amidst the chaos of Kowlong, plagued by the enigmatic monsters known as "Slitterheads" which mimic humans. Infiltrating the city, he sets out on a mission to hunt down the Slitterheads masquerading within human society.
