Named the True Moon, its once dreaded blue hue eventually fades into the background of everyday life, and the public loses interest.
Three years later, in the city of Otsuna, Japan...
Ryou Hamura's dull life is interrupted by an invitation from a red-eyed girl named Izumi Kagura.

On nights bathed in the True Moon's cerulean light, many strange incidents are occuring in Otsuna.
In the shadow of everyday life hides the source of the madness, the Light Hunters. To slay them, Ryou and his allies in the Astronomy Club, the Firefolk, begin to fight in the dead of night.
